This is the simplest and easiest way to have member/client information inserted into the Benchmarking Solutions portal.

Your organisation supplies information using CSV format and we simply import the data.

The level of detail of data being imported can vary depending on individual situations.

Benchmarking Solutions will be providing an online 'My Account' for each member where they can update and change details such as profile choices, confidential contact details, usernames & passwords etc

Once an account is set up using CSV imports it is standard practice to email the new user to invite them to update the My Account section prior to survey commencement.

It is important to note that Sponsors will have access to Portal Monitoring Tools to view and/or update the My Account details for each member/customer. This is limited by issues detailed in our Privacy Policy.
